Sales Director

Our client is a B2B2C fintech company composed of a diverse team from industry-leading companies like Square, Oscar, Google, Uber, and Airbnb. Together, they are creating a new payments tech stack to help employers offer more accessible and personalized benefits for their teams — and this is just the beginning.

What You'll Do:

·  Lead sales efforts for enterprise (2k+) prospects

·  Build and execute strategic plans for growth in the Enterprise market for your defined space (TBD but likely region / named accounts) for consultant relationships, direct-to-employer and other market-facing activities

·  Be a product expert with a focus on Enterprise clients and provide market and strategic insight to both internal and external partners

·  Tactically execute on growth strategy and RFP’s for Enterprise prospects and existing clients

·  Understand customer's business needs and collaborate with account management, engineering, and other areas of the company to win

·  Work with product team to drive new features and improvements across all products and services

·  Improve internal tools through well-structured and sound analysis

Who You Are:

·  7+ years of prior experience as a benefits consultant, carrier or point solution salesperson/account management background.

·  Experience in the B2B2C+Consultant distribution model

·  Strong understanding of financial and healthcare economics

·  Solid grasp of product solutions, capabilities and guardrails to address unique client needs

·  Clear and effective communication style and excitement to work with clients and prospects
