Sales Director, Provider Markets

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to drive growth in a rapidly expanding capitated provider market vertical. Reporting to the VP of Sales, a successful Sales Director will have a proven background in end-to-end provider-focused sales, with a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage, value-based care, and capitated provider markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo sales at capitated provider targets in support of overall revenue goals

  • Organize a provider-specific sales enablement portfolio, including tools, processes, and development activities to ensure the growth team is differentiated through content knowledge and proficiency

  • Drive end-to-end customer acquisition process, from pitch to opportunity sizing, pricing, diligence, partner development, negotiations, and contracting

  • Lead top-of-funnel lead gen activities, including conference strategy, channel partnerships, cold outreach, market-specific campaigns, etc.

Requirements

  • Proven provider-focused, healthcare sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

  • Demonstrable understanding of capitated provider contracts and how providers succeed in value-based care

  • Strong organization, task, time and project management skills

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of healthcare solutions and services

  • Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
