VP of Marketing-Healthcare

The Vice President of Marketing will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our client by leading and executing the marketing strategy for the organization. This executive level position demands an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare, post-acute, behavioral and analytics industry, a proven record of senior marketing leadership, and the ability to forge strong internal relationships and within the healthcare industry. 

Candidate Profile: 

▪ 15-20+ years of sales leadership within the Specific Healthcare, Behavioral healthcare industry selling RCM services; professional services and analytics. 

▪ Behavioral Healthcare segment leadership experience. 

▪ Proven success in marketing leadership roles with a track record of meeting and or exceeding aggressive goals within a 50M plus revenue growth company. (Private Equity backed organization experience desirable) 

▪ Strong understanding and experience of behavioral health consulting services and outsourcing solutions. 

▪ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

▪ Experience with CRM system, Salesforce 

  And Pardot 

 

Role Expectations: 

   

Marketing Strategy and Leadership 

·             Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for all products ; Post Acute, Behavioral health services, professional services, analytics service and product.   Provide visionary leadership to the marketing team, set clear objectives and targets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 

·             Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous               improvement within the Marketing department. 

·             Continue to build and develop strategies and execute on  brand awareness.

·             Develop and execute on broad aggressive social media campaign and presence. 

 

 

 

Market Analysis and Planning 

• Stay informed about trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the post-acute and behavioral health care industry. 

• Identify and evaluate market opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and adapt lead generation tactics accordingly. 

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine offering and ensure they meet customer needs. 

 

Business Development and Relationship Management 

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. 

• Lead efforts to expand market share in the post-acute and  behavioral healthcare sector through strategic partnerships and new market penetration. 

• Drive participation in industry conferences, events, and networking activities to promote and identify potential business opportunities. 

Sales Team Management 

• Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing sales team. 

• Set clear performance metrics and KPI's, evaluate team members, and provide constructive feedback. 

• Foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture that drives results.
