Product Marketing Manager

Role

Our client is looking for a B2B marketing expert to help position them as a differentiated Digital Therapeutics provider in the Enterprise Wellness space.

Goals

  • Increase B2B Account Penetration across three key industry players:
    a. Employers
    b. Brokers
    c. Insurance Providers

  • Enable Enterprise Deals by supporting the sales engine through market research, intelligence, and targeted marketing promotions.

Responsibilities

External Partnership and Sales Support:

  • Establish our client’s brand in 3 key spaces: Employee Benefits, Insurance Brokers, and Insurance providers.

  • Support the Sales Engine by developing Market Intelligence through primary research and industry intelligence tools.

  • Support the Sales Engine by creating Market messaging and Collateral that resonates with their target audience, and communicates differentiation, solution-orientation, and thought leadership

  • Target CEO, CXO, HR, and benefit leaderships in self-insured employers and fully insured employers in Demand gen and Sales reach out campaigns

  • Supports our client’s event creation and participation strategy in key target markets.

  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure consistency of message across various touch-points

  • Articulate our client’s differentiators and value prop in general, and when appropriate, on employer-specific opportunities

Internal Partnerships:

  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure consistency of message across various touch-points

  • Collaborate with analytics, product and marketing teams to create and update educational material for the consulting community

  • Work closely with Business Development, SDR, and Customer Care teams to share information from the consulting community and support the establishment of relationships in each region

  • Inform future roadmap and product packaging based on input from the consulting community

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency with the management of regional benefits advisory firms/brokers

  • Maintain CRM reporting reflects the value and nature of consultant relationships for reporting

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - this skill is key to operating in United States B2B insurance markets

  • 3+ years’ experience in the healthcare industry preferably in benefits consulting, corporate customer-facing roles, or Saas Pre-Sales/Marketing

  • You have previously worked in an early-stage venture-funded company and you know how to navigate and be successful in a startup environment

  • Experience with 360-degree marketing campaigns, sales support, and pre-sales

  • Proven track record of ramping up partnerships and revenue opportunities in high growth venture-funded companies

  • Experience leading meetings and developing content and collaterals for broad circulation

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Track record of success forging productive relationships within the healthcare consulting community

  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA degree preferred
